We are looking forward to seeing you soon for your Christmas Minis Photoshoot!
Please see below for all the information you will need;
WHERE:
The Maldron Hotel, Newlands Cross.

PARKING:
There is Parking available at the hotel – (the first 90 mins are free)
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
Please make sure you arrive 10 minutes early only. We cannot have an overlap of clients.
Catherine will be situated outside the suite for check in, so you can pay the balance of your session fee before the photo-shoot.
I have attached an image for you, so you can see the easiest way to get to us for your session
The entrance to the hotel is on the left of the picture, and the arrow is pointing to an entrance at the back of the hotel/restaurant (you will see our advertising board there too)
Catherine will be there through the doors waiting to check you guys in.
This way will save you having to go through the hotel at all!
**Alternatively, you can go through the main doors at reception, take a right, walk straight through the restaurant and through the double doors (above the door will say - ‘Meeting Rooms’)
If you are having trouble, they can direct you from reception to where we are located in Tower Suite 2.
PAYMENT:
VERY IMPORTANT – Unfortunately, we do not have a card machine.
Payment can be made in cash when you arrive for your session - Please have exact amount.
Or you can pay by Revolut the night before.

TIME SLOTS:
Each time slot is only 20/40 minutes long (depending on your chosen package),
Please make sure that you are not late for your time slot. All sessions are back-to-back, so we need to be very strict with the time.
If you are late, we cannot guarantee the full amount of images and you may forfeit your slot with no refund.
PACKAGES:
There are 4 different package options: Only one immediate family per session ie. Parents with their children.
PACKAGE A €135
20 Min Time Slot

Goodie Bag for Kids
PACKAGE B €200
20 Min Time Slot
Photos on 2 Sets
Six Digital Images via Download with full printing rights.

**Please note there will not be time for an outfit change in Package A or B, you will need to arrive dressed for the shoot.
PACKAGE C €325
40 Min Time Slot
Photos on ALL 3 Sets
Time for Outfit Changes
Twelve Digital Images via Download with full printing rights.
Goodie Bag for Kids
**Please note, there are no physical prints included in either package A, B or C. The full resolution JPEG digital file is sent to you instead so you can print them as many times or as big as you like – make fabulous Christmas presents or Christmas cards to send to friends and family all around the world!
PACKAGE D €375
Same as Package C above but will include Twelve Professional 7x5 Prints aswell.
***NOTE – Grandparents can be included in Package C/D with an additional charge of €50 per set of Grandparents.
Please note that you will not be able to change between packages once you have paid your deposit.
WHAT TO WEAR:
As a suggestion, the colours/clothes that will photograph really well with each set are;
Christmas Cabin – Dressy clothes, Christmas Jumpers, glitzy dresses, golds, creams, greens.
Snowy Christmas Set - Christmas Jumpers, Dressy Clothes/dress – reds, whites, navy, gold, cream, greens, Wooly Hats
*This is a small set not suitable for full family shots.
Cosy Christmas Dream (Bed Set) - Christmas PJ’s, Nightwear, Christmas Loungewear, Christmas Jumpers etc. – Neutral Colours, Greens, Creams, Golds
We always find it best if you can try and co-ordinate colours and outfits. They don’t have to be matching as such, just tones and style that complement each other.
Please make sure your children’s faces are clean before they enter the set – especially little noses!! Bring wipes and tissues.
You are welcome to bring dry snacks for the children, but please no chocolate as it can stain our props.
GALLERIES:
We aim to have your galleries uploaded 2 weeks after the shoot date.
Cute as a Button Photography select and edit the best images from your gallery. Only the amount of images in your package will be presented. (Four for Package A, Six for Package B, Twelve for Package C/D).
Additional editing costs €45 per image.
Digital Images will be available to download directly from your gallery. Please note that you will need access to a laptop or PC to download the files as it may not work on phone or tablet.
Printed Images in Package D will be available to collect from my studio in Citywest at the end of November. Or they can be posted to your home address.
You will also have the opportunity to purchase professional prints after you view your online gallery by adding them to your shopping cart online.
The Christmas cut off for ordering is the End of November.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Contracts with our full Terms & Conditions need to be signed before your photoshoot.
The link to sign this is in the body of the email we sent.
Please make sure you read through these and return them before Thursday.
You can sign them on the screen of your phone or tablet so there is no need to print them. If we do not receive the signed contract by close of business on Thursday 14th Nov, Your slot will be offered to the next client on our waiting list.
Deposits are non-refundable except in the circumstance that we need to cancel.
